Job Summary:

We are looking for a

staff member to assist in daily operations at our luxury jewelry store. Preference will be given to candidates from within the family or known to the family due to the sensitivity and value of merchandise. You will be responsible for offering personalized service, maintaining display standards, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner Provide detailed product information (gold, diamonds, gemstones) Handle POS transactions accurately and maintain sales records Assist in inventory checks, labeling, and stock organization Pack and handle jewelry with utmost care and discretion Maintain showroom cleanliness and display aesthetics Follow up with clients regarding orders, customizations, and repairs Ensure the security of all jewelry pieces and follow internal protocols

Requirements:

Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail is a plus Good communication in Arabic and English (French is a bonus) Trustworthy, polite, and respectful in all dealings Clean background and strong personal references Flexible and willing to assist with errands or additional support for family-related business needs Ability to learn quickly and adapt to brand expectations

From a known or trusted family Good personal grooming and fashion sense Strong attention to detail and product care Comfortable with both in-store and occasional home-based private showings

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
