Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in converting leads into bookings and achieving sales targets. Provide product and service information to potential clients. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a seamless experience. Support the sales team in preparing travel packages, quotations, and promotional materials. Process bookings, invoices, and payments while maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally. Contribute to marketing and sales efforts, including promotional campaigns. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of travel trends, destinations, and offers.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a sales or customer service role, preferably in travel and tourism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) And Hindi Sales-driven mindset with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
