Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with sizing and styling.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to a supervisor if necessary.
Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Ensure that products are neatly arranged and visually appealing to customers.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays, and storage areas.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and any promotions or sales.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of MS office & Excel
Previous retail experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
