Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or learning about promotions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in the fitting rooms and provide styling or product suggestions.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Promote gift cards, loyalty programs, and add-on products to enhance customer purchases.
• Assist with merchandise restocking, display setup, and product rotation as per store guidelines.
• Capture customer information in the database to support marketing and retention initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all company operational procedures, including loss prevention and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Uphold Al-Futtaim's service standards by providing every customer with a positive, memorable experience.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience in apparel, lifestyle, or department store environments.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve minor issues.
• Energetic, confident, and team-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
