Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Coordinate daily sales operations, including quotations, order follow-ups, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Support price negotiations and deal closures, and conduct market research for new opportunities.
Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure performance excellence.
Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance business visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in trading or printing materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
