Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to join our Flower Shop team within a prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, floral products, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide personalized service in both Arabic and English
Promote and sell floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift items
Handle walk-in, phone, and online orders efficiently
Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements and special requests
Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions
Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
Support hotel events, weddings, and special occasions with floral sales
Ensure the flower shop meets 5-star cleanliness and service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality (flower shop experience is an advantage)
Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
