Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with sizing and styling. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner. Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to a supervisor if necessary.
Sales and Merchandising:

Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Ensure that products are neatly arranged and visually appealing to customers. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the Store Manager.
Cash Handling:

Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
Store Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays, and storage areas. Perform regular housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and restocking supplies.
Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and any promotions or sales.
Teamwork and Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of MS office & Excel Previous retail experience preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Age : Under 30 Years Experience: 0-1 Year Language : English Prefer immediately Joining
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
