he Role: Sales Associate
We are seeking a seasoned Retail Sales Associate with a proven track record in
high-end fashion retail
. You won't just process transactions; you will be a
Brand Ambassador
and a trusted
Styling Consultant
. Your primary focus will be engaging clients, building lasting relationships, and driving sales within our core men's collections (tailoring, outerwear, knitwear, and premium casuals).
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Proactively engage customers, provide tailored styling advice, and utilize clienteling tools to maintain and grow a loyal customer base.
Sales Performance:
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets (e.g., UPT, ATV) and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
Product Expertise:
Become an expert in all TODA merchandise, including fabric composition, garment fit, and the story behind our luxury accessories, perfumes, and gourmet chocolates.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain the immaculate presentation of the showroom, ensuring all merchandise reflects the sophisticated "Urban Frost" aesthetic, including styling mannequins and folding knitwear.
Operational Excellence:
Efficiently handle POS transactions, manage inventory, process returns, and assist with stock organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of continuous experience
in a high-end, luxury, or premium apparel retail environment (preferably men's fashion).
Demonstrated ability to
meet aggressive sales goals
and deliver exceptional customer service.
Deep knowledge of
men's contemporary style
, including tailoring fundamentals, fit, and seasonal trends in outerwear and knitwear.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor, with the ability to articulate product value and build rapport quickly.
Proficiency with retail technology, including POS systems .
