Description

We are looking for a results-driven trial & Sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Essentially, they will be required to serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers on the products while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Present, promote and sell products/services using a sound understanding of our product to existing and prospective customers.
A Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
A Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
A Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
A Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and old existing contacts.
A Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
A Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
A Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments A Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
A Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
A Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
A Continuously improve through feedback

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

a~ Responsible for ensuring the trials conducted are in compliance with local rules and regulations.
a~ Creates and/or maintains all documents and records related to the trials.
a~ Manages the inventory of equipment and supplies related to the trials and endeavours to convert every trial into a commercial order as needed
a~ Attends meetings, events, and seminars in order to promote the products.
a~ Creating reports on each trial, including notes on protocols, workload, data collection, and more.
a~ Must have to hold a valid UAE driving license.
a~ Required Education Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Agriculture or associated field, with a minor in Business, would be helpful.
