Key Responsibilities

Train, coach, and mentor team members on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and communication skills.
Monitor daily sales performance through call monitoring, field visits, and CRM updates.
Allocate leads efficiently, track follow-ups, and ensure timely conversions.
Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings to review performance, challenges, and action plans.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports and performance analysis to management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve conversion rates.
Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve customer concerns escalated by team members in a professional manner.
