**CRM Sales and Technical Specialist**

This position works out of Morocco location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

**About Cardiac Rhythm Management (** **CRM** **) Division**

As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

Promotes Abbott CRM products through education of current and potential customers and procedure coverage within a defined territory.

Under the general supervision of the AFRICA CRM-EP Division Manager, the CRM Clinical Specialist is mainly responsible to provide:

+ Proficiency clinical support on CRM implants

+ Drive CRM implants business and sales support to assist in achieving projected sales goals and increasing sales revenues.

**What You'll Do:**

**Clinical Support:**

+ Responsible for Cases support inside the EP Lab mainly for CRT.

+ Other involvements will be demonstration, set-up, testing and service of Company products which include devices and equipment for diagnosis, monitoring, managing, and treating arrhythmias:

+ Provide technical support on the devices and equipment to customers and prospective customers by responding to inquiries and providing effective high-level service.

+ Provide educational and training support to customers and prospective customers including on-site clinical training for physicians and other medical personnel.

+ Represent the Company as a professional and competent resource in support of client and Abbott objectives. Giving product demonstrations

**Sales Support:**

+ Responsible for the CRM implants business.

+ Continuous follow-up with distributors on targets with respect to the managed line of business.

+ Supporting distributors with new product launches, education and team certification.

+ Provide support for sales and marketing personnel in the set up and demonstration of Company produ

+ cts including the development and presentation of sales proposals. Provide technical support to customers and prospective customers by responding to inquiries and providing effective and timely resources and/or personal competences.

+ Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with physicians and EP Lab personnel. Maintaining proper sales and performance records Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, etc.

+ Negotiating sales contracts and designing package

+ Achieving sales targets

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

+ Certification CRM

+ Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures, and practices. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.

+ Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has a general knowledge of technical alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the systems environment.

+ Willingness & ability to travel approximately 50 % of the time
