Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Proposals Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in rotating equipment and comprehensive knowledge of the local Qatar market. We can offer highly competitive salary along with other benefits.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and proposals

- Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.)

- Strong understanding of Qatar's industrial market and client base

- Valid Qatar driving license

- Proven track record in technical sales and proposal development

Responsibilities

- Develop technical proposals for rotating equipment solutions

- Build and maintain client relationships in the Qatar market

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposal accuracy

- Support sales activities and business development initiatives

- Provide technical expertise during client negotiations

Qualifications

- Strong technical writing and presentation skills

- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

- Knowledge of industry standards and specifications

- Experience with proposal management software preferred
