seeking an experienced

Sales & Operations Manager

to lead sales performance, operations, sourcing, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge in

perfume or FMCG wholesale

, combined with excellent analytical, operational, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Manage and grow wholesale sales across local and international clients Conduct detailed sales analysis using

advanced Microsoft Excel

Prepare sales forecasts, margin analysis, and performance reports Develop and execute effective pricing strategies Handle price negotiations with clients and suppliers Ensure consistent sales follow-ups and client relationship management Resolve client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction

Procurement & Sourcing

Source new perfume brands and manage supplier relationships Handle purchasing activities and cost analysis Monitor market trends and competitor pricing using Excel-based tools

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations including order processing and fulfillment Manage operational reports, inventory tracking, and order status using

Excel dashboards

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution

Team & Manpower Management

Lead, train, and manage sales and operations staff Set targets, track KPIs, and monitor team performance using data-driven reports
Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in sales and operations Proven experience in

perfume industry or FMCG wholesale (preferred)

Strong background in purchasing, pricing strategy, and sales analysis

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP IF formulas Sales & pricing analysis Reporting and dashboards Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple functions independently
