Manage schedules, staffing, and inventory to maintain efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement operational processes and policies to improve service delivery.
Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics, including team productivity and service quality, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, providing them with tailored cleaning solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Track sales targets, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to senior management.
Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to pursue them.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop the cleaning team to meet company standards and goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date on cleaning protocols, safety measures, and customer service expectations.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the cleaning or service industry.
Strong sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of cleaning industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, sales, or a related field.
Experience in managing budgets and financial reports.
