Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance across assigned outlets.
Follow up on orders placed to ensure timely delivery.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
Coordinate and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely stock replenishments by working closely with inventory and logistics teams.
Ensure products are well-displayed and merchandised as per brand standards.
Monitor shelf space, stock levels, and product visibility.
Execute promotional setups and coordinate sampling activities where applicable.
Visit 2-3 retail outlets daily as per the route plan or business requirement.
Provide feedback from each outlet to improve service and performance.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports covering sales performance, stock movement, and merchandising status.
Monitor and report competitor activities

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or a similar role (FMCG/Retail sector preferred).
Ability to travel frequently within assigned areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements.
