POSITION: Sales and Marketing Supervisor- TADMAIDS DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES CENTER (Dubai)

Tadmaids is seeking an exceptionally competent, highly disciplined Sales and Marketing Supervisor to take full operational control of Sales and Products. This role is designed for a person who can enforce KPIs rigorously, maintain absolute oversight of daily workflows, and ensure department performs to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and control sales, customer service, product management. Enforce strict adherence to KPIs, SOPs, timelines, and compliance requirements. Lead, monitor, and hold accountable a multi-functional team in a high-volume environment. Resolve operational issues immediately and ensure seamless customer experience. Maintain discipline, accuracy, and structured execution. Submit clear daily operational and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience managing operations or service centers. Proven track record in KPI enforcement and high-performance team leadership. Strong command, decision-making ability, and operational discipline. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain full operational control. Must be well organized
