Key Responsibilities:Sales:
Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Work with designers and content creators to develop marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferred in [industry, e.g., generators or engineering solutions]).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and trends to make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
