Job Description

Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry
\xe2\x80\xa2Generate project/business opportunities and RFP\xe2\x80\x99s through customer contact to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s business plans and growth strategies.
\xe2\x80\xa2Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through \xe2\x80\x9cClosing the Deal\xe2\x80\x9d
\xe2\x80\xa2Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
\xe2\x80\xa2Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
\xe2\x80\xa2Lead the development and preparation of RFP\xe2\x80\x99s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
\xe2\x80\xa2Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format
\xe2\x80\xa2Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
\xe2\x80\xa2Adapt to new tendencies and encash opportunities in the market
\xe2\x80\xa2Liaise internally with other departments such as Commercial, Operation, Finance, Human Resources
\xe2\x80\xa2Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
\xe2\x80\xa2Assess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track.
