Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify target markets and segments for freight forwarding services. Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Business Development: Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight carriers, and industry stakeholders. Conduct negotiations and close deals to secure new business opportunities. Expand the client base by identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends. Marketing Strategy Implementation: Develop marketing plans to promote freight forwarding services. Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing, to reach potential clients. Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, advertisements, and presentations. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Understand clients\' needs and preferences to offer customized solutions and enhance satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure service quality and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, shipping regulations, and international trade practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
