Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Travel Agent Sales and Marketing officer to join our team. As a Travel Agent Sales officer you will be responsible for promoting and selling flight tickets ,travel packages to individuals and businesses. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional service to clients. Sales and Promotion:
- Promote and sell flight tickets ,a variety of travel packages, including vacation packages, and business travel services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and effective customer engagement.
- Utilize various sales techniques to generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients\' travel needs and preferences.
- Offer personalized travel solutions and recommendations to meet individual customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and product offerings.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company\'s travel packages and services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of different travel options to clients.
- Manage the booking process from start to finish, including collecting payment, issuing tickets, and confirming reservations.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all bookings and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate travel logistics and arrangements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with travel partners, such as hotels and airlines, to negotiate special rates and promotions.
- Previous experience in travel sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of travel industry software and booking systems.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate peak travel booking times.
