About The Role:


As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company, supervising a team of telesales and field sales representatives, and managing key accounts. You will drive revenue growth, ensure effective team performance, and strengthen customer relationships across all channels.

Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership and Management:



Supervise and mentor the telesales and field sales teams to ensure they meet individual and team targets. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to develop team skills and capabilities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and high performance.

Sales Strategy and Execution:



Develop, implement, and oversee the company's overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals. Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market reach.

Key Account Management:



Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the team to develop customized solutions for key clients and strategic accounts.

Marketing and Market Insights:



Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns and promotional strategies that drive sales and brand visibility. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing approaches. Provide reports and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications



Education:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:



Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in B2B or FMCG sectors. Demonstrated experience managing a sales team and key accounts. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Skills:



Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
