Responsibilities
Assist customers with gold and diamond jewellery selection
Explain diamond grades (4Cs), gold purity, and design options
Meet and coordinate with clients and vendors
Maintain showroom standards and achieve sales targets, manage diamond jewellery inventory
Build strong customer relationships
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in gold/diamond jewellery sales
Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold, and jewellery trends
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with clients, vendors, and team members
