to lead revenue generation, expand our client base, and drive sustainable business growth across multiple service sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
Handle client communications via walk-ins, calls, meetings, and online inquiries
Visit clients at shops, offices, fairs, and factories to promote company services and products
Promote and sell business consultancy, visa, travel, e-commerce, and trading solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Close high-value and profitable deals
Prepare daily sales activity reports and monthly performance summaries
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Actively contribute to brand visibility and overall company growth
Performance & Discipline Policy
25% salary deduction
if monthly sales target is not achieved
1-day salary deduction
for 3 consecutive unreported absences

Requirements (Mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License (Compulsory)
Minimum 2-3 years Sales & Marketing experience in the UAE (Compulsory)
Proven track record in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or consultancy sales
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and CRM systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven mindset with leadership and decision-making capability
Professional attitude and ability to work independently

Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days:
6 days per week (25 working days/month)
