Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement

strategic sales and marketing plans

to achieve company growth targets. Lead, train, and motivate the

sales and marketing team

to meet performance goals and KPIs. Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and insurance partners. Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with key clients, referral partners, and healthcare professionals. Plan and execute

marketing campaigns, community outreach, and promotional events

to increase brand visibility. Manage

digital marketing initiatives

, including social media, SEO, and online advertising in coordination with marketing staff. Monitor

market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present

sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analysis

to management. Ensure compliance with
