Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead revenue growth through investor engagement, corporate partnerships, and innovative market development.

Job Summary



We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with industry experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, travel, or event management. This role focuses on expanding our investor portfolio, securing strategic business partnerships, and leading marketing initiatives that position Royal Smart Limousine as the preferred premium transport provider in the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:



Investor Relations & Strategic Sales



Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and business partners. Present customized investment proposals aligned with Royal Smart Limousine's business model. Maintain strong investor relationships and provide regular performance updates.

Corporate Sales & Business Development



Target and acquire new B2B clients (hotels, travel agencies, government institutions, etc.). Drive long-term service contracts and partnerships to increase revenue streams. Conduct onsite presentations, meetings, and proposals to decision-makers.

Marketing & Growth Strategy



Design and implement campaigns to support sales goals and market penetration. Collaborate with design and operations teams on sales collateral and pitch decks. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.

Negotiation & Compliance



Lead contract discussions and ensure proper documentation in line with company and legal guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to support successful onboarding and retention of clients.

Reporting & CRM Management



Track pipeline activity, KPIs, and conversion metrics using CRM systems. Deliver performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership.

Requirements



Minimum 5-10 years

of experience in sales/marketing roles within transportation, hospitality, travel, or events. Proven success in securing high-value B2B partnerships and investor engagement. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including ROI forecasting and deal structuring. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in

English and Arabic
