Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically sound
ERP Sales Executive
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a
minimum of 3 years of ERP sales experience in the UAE
, with a strong understanding of ERP modules and a consultative sales approach. The role will also involve
pre-sales responsibilities
, including requirement gathering, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions in the UAE market.
Conduct client meetings to assess business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored product demos.
Present ERPNext modules and features to clients in a consultative and technically sound manner.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations aligned with customer needs.
Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to closing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.
Meet or exceed defined sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
Strong technical understanding of ERP modules such as Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Projects, etc.
Experience in pre-sales activities including requirement analysis and product demos.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
ERPNext
, or other open-source ERP platforms.
Exposure to SME and mid-size enterprise clientele.
Ability to coordinate with implementation teams and provide post-sales support.
Multilingual skills (especially Arabic) are an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:
