We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our sales and marketing operations across multiple business units, including clinics, SPAs, healthcare, herbal trading, and auto spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
Manage sales, tele sales, marketing, and digital marketing teams
Coordinate digital campaigns with agencies and in-house team
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
Identify revenue targets and ensure sales goals are met
Support business unit heads in achieving operational targets
Plan and manage outdoor sales and B2B partnerships
Oversee CRM systems and sales reporting
Analyze marketing budgets and performance metrics
Represent the company at events and exhibitions
Train and mentor team members for performance improvement
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role in the UAE
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English, MS Office, and CRM systems
Solid knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques
Ability to deliver compelling presentations and lead a team
