Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Assist in
lead generation
through online research, LinkedIn, databases, and marketing campaigns Support the sales team inprospecting and qualifying leads
Maintain and updateCRM systems
with lead and client information Assist in preparingsales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams forclient follow-ups and demos
Track sales activities and prepare basicsales reports
Marketing Responsibilities
Assist in executing
digital marketing campaigns
(email, social media, website content) Supportcontent creation
for IT services, blogs, case studies, and social media posts Conductmarket and competitor research
to identify trends and opportunities Help in managingsocial media pages and online presence
Support branding and promotional activities for IT products and services Track campaign performance and prepare basicmarketing analytics reports
Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of
IT services, software, or technology concepts, Computer science gradates
Good communication and interpersonal skills Interest inB2B sales and digital marketing
Familiarity withMS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and social media platforms
Willingness to learn, proactive, and result-orientedJob Type: Full-time
