Your main role will focus on selling and telecalling -- reaching out to clients, presenting our services, and supporting business growth. This position starts as a freelance internship. After 6 months, if you demonstrate consistent productivity and contribute to revenue generation, you'll be offered a permanent staff role with a salary hike. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct telecalling to reach potential clients and explain our services. Handle sales follow-ups and maintain relationships with leads and customers. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Support marketing campaigns and promotions through calls and digital platforms. Keep a record of client interactions and feedback. Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into business. --- Requirements Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication ability. Basic understanding of sales or customer engagement. Self-motivated and disciplined in remote work environments.
