Oversee wholesale / Retail Jewellery operations and ensure efficient workflow Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales and operational targets Handle inventory control, product sourcing, and pricing strategies Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations Analyze market trends and recommend growth strategies Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and quality standards
Requirements:

? Minimum 10 to 15 years of overall experience in the Jewellery industry (mandatory)
?At least 5 years of experience in the UAE
?Strong understanding of wholesale Jewellery operations
?Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
?Knowledge of local and international market trends

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
