The Role
We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the \xe2\x80\x9cart\xe2\x80\x9d of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer\xe2\x80\x99s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth. To ensure success as a marketing executive, you should be attuned to attitudinal changes within each target audience. You will be required to coordinate with staff in other departments, ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery. You should also remain up-to-date with shifts in social media use. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company\xe2\x80\x99s success according to trends and customer requirements. You should be preparing a good and effective marketing budget on a monthly basis. In addition to this, you should possess great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media), exhibitions and promotional events \xe2\x80\xa2 Source advertising opportunities and place adverts \xe2\x80\xa2 Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, flyers, website material etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts, write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and manage the marketing budget by collaborating with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Requirements
Requirements and Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or a similar role in the Marketing department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and people skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time-management abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional oral and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creativity and commercial awareness \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing. What to expect \xe2\x80\xa2 You\'ll usually be office-based, but will attend meetings with clients, partner organisations and suppliers, as well as a range of events and exhibitions. \xe2\x80\xa2 The work is often challenging and fast-paced as you\'ll need to meet tight deadlines, juggle various projects at the same time and work with external suppliers and creative agencies.
