Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks, client inquiries, and scheduling.
Promote services to potential clients and partners.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
Support daily operational needs and coordination with medical teams.
Assist in basic sales duties, including presenting service packages.
Requirements:
Fluent, professional English spoken and written.
Previous experience in the UAE (healthcare or service industry preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and well-presented at all times.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong client relationship management skills.
