Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to support business growth and client acquisition.
Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, creative, digital, and operations) to deliver marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.

Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports with recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Professional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience
in a marketing or sales role, preferably within a
marketing or creative agency

Proven track record in client management, sales conversion, and campaign coordination.
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
