- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies
- Research and identify potential clients as well as target markets to expand the customer base
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals
- Carry out thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and stay informed about industry trends
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues that may arise promptly and professionally
- Present and promote the company products to potential customers effectively
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement necessary changes
- Create compelling marketing content
- Design and implement marketing plans for company products
- Monitor competitors\' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and potential threats
- Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
- Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales and Marketing or any related course
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- High-level communication and networking skills required
- Must have a strong passion for sales
- Must be familiar with commercial trends and marketing strategies
- Excellent project management skills
