Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 1. Should have transport and construction working background with good client data in UAE.
Should have experience in renting heavy machinery vehicles like Cranes, JCBs, Boom loaders, Excavators, Dozers, etc.
2. Must know how to make Quotations, Invoices, and Inquiries.
3. Must know how to prepare an Agreement and Knowledge about credit forms.
4. Must have strong knowledge of Market research in specific Industry.
5. Should have experience with overall logistics & supply chain management.
6. Must be aware of target clients in the fleet market.
7. Should check the market price and competitors\' prices.
8. Well aware of the current market price.
9. Should be experienced in how to get subcontracts for grading and labeling, compacting, excavation and interlock, etc for heavy machinery vehicles.
10. Visit new sites regularly and meet with the site Project Engineers to rent these vehicles on sub-contract.
11 . Ensure all work is delivered with safety and on time.
12. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills. Requirements: 1. Experienced related to the construction Industry(Carpentry, Painting, Electrical factory, block, and cement factory, Aluminium factory, and Pump and MEP.
2. Should have a valid UAE driving license
3. Must have a car
4. UAE experience 5 - 8 years
5. Degree attested in UAE
6. Experience Certificate Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,608.10 - AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
