Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to oversee the food and beverage kiosk operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, negotiating and signing contracts, and ensuring timely license renewal. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for leasing the kiosks and maintaining a positive relationship with tenants. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Create and execute marketing plans to promote the kiosks and attract new tenants.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with tenants, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Monitor and manage lease agreements, ensuring timely payments and compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Oversee the renewal of licenses and permits, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
  • Manage relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the kiosk business.
Requirements:
  • Female Arabic
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform business decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Experience in leasing commercial properties is a plus.
