Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products or services, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will also assist with marketing strategies and campaigns to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Track and report sales performance and provide feedback to management. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary Structure:
Basic Salary:
3000 -3500 Dhs per monthCommission:
Attractive commission structure based on performance/sales targets.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
