Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer inquiries, documentation, and typing center services (visa, Emirates ID, labor, immigration, etc.)
Assist in travel services including flight booking, hotel reservations, and tour packages
Manage and promote the company's services on
social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Create
attractive posts, stories, and flyers
for marketing (basic design skills required)
Conduct
physical marketing
by visiting nearby businesses and clients to promote services
Maintain records, update customer data, and ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with management for business development ideas
Requirements:
Previous experience in a
Typing Center or Travel Agency
preferred
Good knowledge of
UAE visa and government systems
(optional but a plus)
Basic
graphic design and social media content creation
skills
Strong communication skills in
English
(Arabic or Hindi/Bengali is an advantage)
Smart personality, well-organized, and customer-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
