Sales & Marketing Executive
with experience in the
interior fit-out, construction, or real estate
sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the
fit-out
,
construction
, or
real estate
sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry contacts
Prepare and present
sales pitches
,
proposals
, and
quotations
Execute marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand presence
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms (where applicable) to support campaigns
Maintain records of sales activities and performance tracking
Consistently achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education
:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
is preferred
Experience
:
2-5 years of proven experience in
interior fit-out
,
construction
, or
real estate
sales
Experience in
digital marketing
is a strong advantage
Excellent
communication
,
presentation
, and
negotiation
skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluency in English
is required
Hindi and/or Urdu language skills are a plus and will be given preference
