Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Develop and present customized marketing pitches and proposals
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus
