landscaping services and nursery plants
on a
commission-based
structure. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of
Dubai's property development and government approval processes
, and the ability to secure contracts with
real estate developers, municipalities, and commercial clients
.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads from
real estate developers (Nakheel, Emaar, etc.), government projects, and commercial clients
.
Understand client requirements and provide
tailored landscaping solutions
(softscape, hardscape, irrigation, maintenance).
Liaise with government departments
(Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, DDA) for
permits, approvals, and compliance
related to landscaping projects.
Prepare and submit
technical & commercial proposals
for tenders and contracts.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth project handover to operations.
Maintain strong relationships with
developers, contractors, and government officials
for repeat business.
Stay updated on
Dubai's landscaping regulations, sustainability standards (e.g., Al Safat), and green initiatives
.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales (preferably in landscaping, gardening, or related fields)
.
Strong
negotiation and closing skills
.
Self-motivated with a
hunter mentality
to drive sales.
Knowledge of
plants, landscaping trends, or horticulture
is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with
flexible hours
.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
