Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Oil and Lubricants Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, and generating new business. The candidate should have a proven track record in sales in the Oil and Lubricant field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business through prospecting and networking
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with customers
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the oil and lubricants industry
- Must have UAE Driving License.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently
