Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and renting golf carts to individual and corporate clients. This role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies to increase market presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

Identify and pursue new clients for golf cart sales and rental services. Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals. Manage client inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of golf cart models, specifications, and pricing. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote golf cart sales and rentals. Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online listings. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Create marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and website content. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Customer Service and Coordination

Maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent post-sale support. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and pickup of golf carts. Ensure rental agreements, documentation, and payments are completed accurately. Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in GCC sales and marketing (experience in automotive, machinery, or golf cart industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
