Salary:

AED 2,500-3,000/month + commission (up to AED 15,000/month based on performance after a 1-3 month paid trial)

What You'll Do

1. Digital Marketing (Online)

Plan and run paid ads on Facebook/Instagram (Meta), Snapchat, and TikTok Create engaging organic content on Meta platforms Send WhatsApp campaigns every 15 days using our customer database Track ad spending, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns

2. Influencer & Partnership Campaigns

Find and vet influencers every ~10 days within budget Negotiate agreements and secure usage rights for content Use influencer videos as paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Repurpose top-performing videos into Stories, Reels, and feed ads--optimized for each platform Include clear calls-to-action, credit creators, and track conversions Analyze results and reinvest in high-performing content

3. Physical & B2B Outreach (Offline)

Connect with restaurants, schools, hotels, and municipal departments to submit quotes Register Paris Palace Gift?LLC on B2B/tender portals to gain new clients Organize in-store promotions and events with suppliers

4. Tracking & Reporting

Send bi-weekly performance reports, including campaign results, ROI, and influencer impact Present strategic recommendations and plans for future campaigns

What You'll Need

3-5 years of experience across digital and traditional marketing Expert knowledge in Meta, Snapchat, TikTok ad platforms and WhatsApp marketing Proven ability to generate B2B leads and win contract quotations Strong background in influencer marketing and repurposing influencer content into ads Excellent planning, analytical, and communication skills Bilingual: English + Arabic preferred
