to join team at a well-established medical center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services and strengthen our presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase patient engagement and service awareness.
Plan and manage digital marketing activities including social media, website content, and online advertising.
Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners.
Organize and manage health awareness events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with internal departments to promote new services, doctors, and specialties.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Maintain the center's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
