We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through excellent communication, sales, and marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch our products/services and generate leads
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and prospecting
Conduct sales calls and meetings to close deals and meet sales targets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align sales efforts with business objectives
Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to inform future sales strategies
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a call center or telesales environment, especially real estate.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong sales and marketing pitch development skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn about our products/services
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Results-driven and motivated self-starter
Strategic thinker with ability to adapt to changing sales environments
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
