Job Description

Responsibilities

:

2-4 years' experience in Car rental, Hospitality, Airlines, Customer service industry.

Content creation and posting in social media English / Arabic (photo/video editing, Canva or similar tools) will be an advantage.

Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.

Welcoming SIXT Rental Car customers and following the Premium International standards.

Assist customers with directions and car rental information.

Follow instructions regarding opening/closing procedures, working out of stations and follow the daily game plan.

Represent the SIXT Rent a Car Qatar with positive customer experience & educating customers about our products and services.

Perform other duties as assigned which do not affect the value of the job and as business demands dictate.

Work towards the successful achievement of team targets.

Sale skills with the ability to determine needs. (Cross selling), Ability to solve customers' problems without hesitation. (Problem resolution).

Preferred Qualifications:



Preferably having a valid driving license.

Having prior experience in used cars sales

Social Media Management, Marketing and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop etc)

Good communication skill oral and written in English, preferably Arabic and French.

Transferable visa with NOC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
