We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in Facility Management and Interior Fit-Out services. The role involves generating new leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and executing marketing strategies to grow the company's market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), soft services, and technical maintenance.
Conduct site visits and understand client requirements for HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance services.
Prepare FM proposals, quotations, and AMC packages.
Manage contract renewals and maintain long-term relationships with existing FM clients.
Present FM service offerings clearly and professionally to potential customers.
Sales - Interior Fit-Out
Generate leads for commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail fit-out projects.
Conduct client meetings, gather design requirements, and coordinate with the design/technical team.
Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project presentations.
Follow up on tenders, RFPs, and project inquiries to secure new projects.
Build strong connections with consultants, contractors, and developers.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote FM and Fit-Out services.
Manage digital marketing activities: social media posts, paid ads, content creation, email campaigns.
Build brand visibility through exhibitions, networking events, and partnerships.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, company profiles, and project case studies.
Perform market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and potential growth sectors.
Skills & Qualifications
MBA in Sales & Marketing, bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years sales experience in FM and/or Interior Fit-Out (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, AMC operations, and fit-out project lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
