A Sales and Marketing professional is responsible for promoting the company's products or services, generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. They combine sales strategies with marketing activities to increase brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting products/services effectively.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.

Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products/services.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and trends.

Develop content for promotional materials, social media, and digital marketing platforms.

Collaborate with the design and creative team to produce effective advertisements.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.

Support in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
