We are looking for a Sales & Marketing specialist who thinks out of the box and creates an unforgettable presence. Job Responsibilities: o Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as catering, events, etc. o Create, plan, and deliver presentations with prospective clients o Forecast sales performance trends to generate revenue using different offers and high negotiation skills o Audit, plan, and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns and google analytics. o Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). o Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels. o Build an inbound and outbound marketing plan o Create a PR strategy o Email Marketing direct with customers. o Prepare and deliver promotional presentations. o Website and E-Commerce management is a plus. o Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities. Requirements; o Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field. o Proven working experience in sales and marketing. o Exceptional sales negotiation and writing skills o Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind o Strong oral and written Arabic & English communication skills o Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, SMS, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns in Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat. o Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. o UAE\xe2\x80\x99s valid driving license.
